[amayausers] Design Shop Question

I'm trying to edit a dakota design. The basketball I'm using is not stitching
correctly, the outline is stitching inside the orange part of the ball. I know
there is a way to move the outline out, but can't remember how and for the life
of me can't find the instructions in the manual. Can anyone help?
