[amayausers] Design Shop Question

Hi All,
trying to figure out what I can and can't do with the regular design shop (not
pro)
Can I bring in some lettering in an .EXP format for a jacket back built in a
different program
and change the stitch from a satin (about a 3/8 jump) to a fill stitch (to
prevent catching the stitches.)?
Not sure if it can be done or how to go about it.
