DesignShop Pro is one of the better digitizing programs and certainly can fill
your design needs.

Now having said that, embroidery software is a tool and is only going to be as
good as the person using it. The users embroidery knowledge, experience, skill,
talent and their ability to get the most out of the software will make the
biggest difference in the quality of work produced .... not the brand of
software used.

Quality digitizing has a pretty steep learning curve and although having the
ability to import vector files to create a design [or portions of one] can be a
useful tool, it certainly is not a substitute for having the ability to
manually create an embroidery design. Digitizing is not a "click a button or
two and you are done" process.

When choosing digitizing software, you are free to choose virtually any program
you choose .... you do not have to use the software that the machine dealer
sells. In the end, choose the program[s] which you feel most comfortable using.
