Hi Julie, I am also having trouble in that the "play" button does nothing so I can't even get as far as getting a book! I normally only take my free credit one so I don't experience the full buying procedure. I now have 3 free credits and can't get any of them. I only go on every other month to get these so I don't know how long this is going on.
