Well they do but nothing comes for free. Everything is a balance. For example, spending £100,000 to improve services for a few million customers or spending the same amount for 2 or 3 customers. That is where reasonable adjustment comes in.

Hi Kevin,

I wouldn't disagree with what you've said, and most likely
what you've said is correct, and I'll end up going with the
Braille now to Make longer documents easier to read, but to
look at things another way, I thought companies existed for
their customers not the other way round.
