Well Derek, sighted people can use the phone book.  Can you read the
phone book Derek?  Oh sorry Derek I know what you are going to come out
with next, "That's what the D L A is for" oh yes sorry Derek I forgot
that.  Hands up all those on communibility higher rate.

As for your  comments about BT  age and  disability:

Sorry but what you say  can just as  easily apply to any company.
And I  Still  feel Bt  has a very good track record for doing more
than  it legally  must do. 
A good  example is the 195 free directory  service.
Why should blind  people get something for free that others must
pay  for?
