Hi all,

Sorry to jump in on this thread, but recently I received a call from a BT call centre in India, asking if I wanted to have a reduction in my bill. The caller also offered me a softphone upgrade.

Although I agreed to the reduction in my Bill I did not want the softphone upgrade, but it seems I have received it.
Should I contact Mr Ian Livingstone or not?
