I'm interested in other producers' thoughts on the career path of being a Web producer -- I've been moving to bigger and more complex projects since starting Web project management in '99, and to larger more complex organizations, with larger teams and vendor systems involved. Now it seems as though to grow further I would need to jump into another track, such as management/director/CIO. Do you have thoughts or experience (or dreams) to share on where a Sr. Web Producer logically advances next?
