Google is your friend.  KsStudio is a tool included in the WDK for
testing kernel streaming drivers.  It's a little opaque, but it won't
take you long.  The center panel is a little bit like graphedt; you drag
your driver from a list onto that panel, then instantiate it, then click
a pin and instantiate that.  There is a detailed log that shows you the
ioctl exchange as the negotiation occurs.
