I was able to get Alt I to give me a drop down list from where I could insert a
new VST on a new track. Thanks for that. CTRL Insert, and I tried both the
Numpad insert and the insert on the Sixpack, didn’t work. But as long as Alt I
works, I’m in business on that one. Thanks again.

If your using reaper with osara, there is no need to do it visually.
control insert will do it or alt I and down arrow.
