Oh, I forgot your question. When you make changes to parameters all
you have to do is hit escape lol. Reaper is funny like that!

track that your focused on. If your plugin window is popping up just
hit alt f4 and you will see the dropdown menus. This is because you

By the way I did figure out how to do it. I used the JS midi filter
and the reacontrol plugin. You must remove your virtual instrument and
insert these before your vst so that you can affect it. And, I did
manage to block the cc64 message as well. You do that with the
reacontrol plugin. This allows one part of the keyboard to be affected
by sustain while the other zone isn't affected.
I was going to record a quick audio tutorial on how to do this, but I
ran into some problems. I couldn't get jaws to use my soundcard, while
using it in reaper, failed to setup virtual audio cable, and for some
reason I couldn't rewire reaper into Sonar, which is odd because I
have done this before.
If you'd like, we can do it over the phone and jaws tandom. It's
fairly easy, but requires steps in a particular order, and basic
understanding of reaper's behavior.

that out and report back. Remember, the reaper email list has mor
