I sympathise.  But, it's the HSE who dole out the money.  So it's necessary 
to go to their overlords or overladies to persuade for change.  (This is one 
negative side-effect of the abolition of the local health boards.)  Your 
other recourse is to get a prescription for an ailment from a doctor, and, 
maybe, qualify for a medical card.  .  When I wrote a message on this 
topice, perhaps a bit more than a year ago, there was barely a murmur of 
dissent about the new conditionality attaching to the TAG.

How many times do we hear these excuses, it's like the hole in the ground,
they're looking into it!!
I'm not lying down on this, if I have to bang on doors I'll do it, Why do we
have to wait for the HSE to do something about it?
