a sorry, forgot a little complement:
I have compiled the http://rcdrummond.net/uae/test/e-uae-0.8.27-CVS.tar.gz on
a 32 bit system, and then it was running under the SuSE 9.1/64 Bit. Compiling
the same source under SuSE 9.1/64 gives the same segfault as your binary.
