[uae] E-UAE 0.8.27-RC1 released

Hi All
A new release candidate is availabel at http://www.rcdrummond.net/uae/
This fixes some problems in the previous one including:
* That damn segfault in the keymap code at start-up
* Broken Kickstart emulation
* A potential segfault in the drawing initialization code.
* Gtk+ GUI won't be used when the UAE binary has the SUID bit set (thus you
don't need to recompile without a GUI now to run it SUID root).
* Glue for building against the SDL framework in OS X is now included in the
src tarball.
