I should be able to make it! I need to leave around 3:30 or so (if we even
make it that long in this heat!) but I'm good till then. Got a new sun hat
that needs a tryout. :)

This Saturday will be the Lower Hatchie Count. We will meet at Woodard's
Store on Hwy 87 west of Henning at 9:30 AM. This is going to be another
scorcher with a forecast high of 102. This means you need to bring LOTS of
water and be very cognizant of how hot you are getting. Alot of this count
is conducted in open areas, so if you feel you are getting overheated, get
to the shade or to the car air conditioning. You will also need to bring
your lunch to eat in the field. We finally got very good rains early
Monday morning, so hopefully we will have an emergence of lots of fresh
butterflies and more flowers will be open to entice them. Please let me
know if you plan on helping out.
