What is the licensing based on, Steve? We are not really big :-(

Number of tickets or number of support reps? Or something else?

Thanks,

Go to Assist is an outstanding tool. It is pretty expensive in small
quantities though, once you get higher seat counts it comes down to a
very reasonable price.....

Subject: [THIN] remote assistance portal wanted

Hi group,

Can someone suggest a good remote support portal?

What we are looking for is to have an end user logging a ticket with
helpdesk then go to the URL suggested by helpdesk rep and from that web
page the support rep would get access to user session (using outbound
http or https channel from user).

Thanks,
