I think LogMeIn is a good fit... I found this on their website... great for
IT Support/Helpdesk folks ...

I just tried it and it looks nice. I will wait for Gotoassist to get back to
me but LogMein is $1200 a year for single technician. This may be just what
we need to start.

Can someone suggest a good remote support portal?
What we are looking for is to have an end user logging a ticket with
helpdesk then go to the URL suggested by helpdesk rep and from that web page
the support rep would get access to user session (using outbound http or
https channel from user).
