Now that's almost going to scary, new-world interview technique type
questions! Kudos ;-)

Excellent question.
Everybody will gladly talk about what they've done well.
What's more interesting is what they didn't do well at, and what that
meant, and what was learnt.
Go through any recruitment with a big, big vendor, and you've only got
to take note of not only the content, but the type of questions they ask
you - and then you get a handle on what they are trying to evaluate.
Some of it is something of a game, but all the same, it's not that
informative to see somebody in their comfort zone. Nothing stays the
same for long enough for that to always be relevant.
