I use Norton and I've experienced Norton stating it can't quarentine or
delete a virus, yet when I go looking for it, it isn't on the hard drive at
all. A second run of Norton will usually confirm this. Just run "Scan for
Viruses" and you'll find it most likely isn't on your drive.
