Are you using an AV program, and has it been UPDATED? If so,
it's not working or configured correctly IF you do have a
virus. If you don't have an AV program you MUST get one.
Scan your PC here at these places to see if you are infected.

(Group, please save this email if you suspect you have a
virus before posting). Symantec's site will tell you how to
remove them, and you will CONTINUE to get them and infect
others if you refuse to get an AV program and update it
DAILY.
