No sense in going. The customers description is more than enough to identify the problem. I've seen a few of the same---looks like road map?---change light engine. I'd only go if you know for a fact that you will collect a trip charge. Call sony first---maybe you can get the job if you negotiate for the right price. I'd recommend 160-220 for a ballpark. The job dont take long at all for those that have done it----not much longer for those that havent. Been a couple of months since I did one but I'd say I can do it in 30-40 minutes or less. Take a very long #2 phillips or thin extension. The rest is just remembering where the cables go--and there arent that many. BTW--try to get the customer to pay the labor and let sony reimbuse them----lots easier for you.
