That info is from a Sony tip and it sounds like a defect. We have one
with the problem now that is out of warranty and the customer has
contacted Sony to see if they will supply the part, waiting for a reply
from Sony. I don't think it is dirty because according to my home
service tech that looked at it the pattern changes.
