[TechAssist] RCA PTK195M2T tube isolation

any one isolated the screen or what ever on these tubes ? this one has
bright blue with retrace, real nice picture when they brought it in,
played for couple days, now all blue, need a salvage gun or advise on how
to isolate the short model is P61927
