CR4402 CR402 often fails along with C4402.  I am not sure if it will cause the
fly not to ring.
Q4802 sometimes shorts, which drives L4803 but this ususally causes excessive
width.
It might cause high voltage to go up enough to shut it down. I am not sure.

Can you scope the horizontal output and see if the waveform is normal.
