Hello Phil. Yes may be it is called IHTV. I do not know What it stands for. My print from Sam Efax does not cover clearly this component and also It has a bit diferent from tv chasis. The one that I cut is the input 35K volt to the block that has 3 adjusted knobs EF1,EF2, G2.
