Just an update all!
I found a problem with the HV divider, when hooked up the set wouldn't
fire up.
Disconected the set would turn on with normal voltages and audio. no
picture of course..
With HV divider not hooked up the standby voltages still too high???? 153v
Both damper diodes were bad and .056 cap too!
Also installed was the full start up kit.
A few other secondary caps and diodes installed too.
I have many hours invested in this set for just $30.00 estimate fee.
The customer spent just $50.00 to purchase this tv and they wanted it
fixed for $180.00 or less.
So we have a problem here.
I don't know if they will tell me to continue or not.
I also don't know what this type of repair is worth? (or is it worth while)
I don't mind giving the kid a break but how much of one?
Right now it's a decoration in my already over run showroom.

Thanks Warren Campbell
