You see, this is what I really focused in on......

I have the 5V but the 15V standby is at 14.2 and the 143 is high and my

Now, 143V is what I set ALL my 169 chassis to.....your 14.2 is well above 12
V (that's when you need to replace the diode), and your 5V....well it's
5V!!!.

But if you pull out your scope and hang it on the 143V Cap .....you're gonna
see garbage on that cap....noise with DC voltage.
