What are you trying to use them in?
Rating wise the should work....assuming that they are genuine and NTE
relabled genuine parts.
From A web search the following Genreic replacments should also work
assuming authenric componets.
2SA1302--> 2SA1943 (Toshiba 230v 15A) ---> MJL1302A (ON semiconductor aka
motorola 200v 15A)
2SC3281--> 2SC5200 ( Tosh 230v 15A) ---> MJL3281A (ON/motorola 200v 15A)
the only thing that worrys me is that I've seen off brand replacements for
the 1943 and the 5200 at dalbani. The 1302/3281 suposidly have been out of
production since 2000. The MJL's are just hard to find unless you buy 25 at
a time.
If you are working on a Fisher AMP there are a number of items that need to
be checked before firing it up as they blow even OEM supplied componets if
you arn't carefull

Hello All,
Has anyone had trouble with NTE2329 or 2328 replacing 2SA1302
and 2SC3281. I know there has been problems with tritronics and there TT
line AKA SK series but I not sure I heard anything negative for the NTE
series. I ask this because I have some NTE's in stock and need to replace a
2SA1302 and 2SC3281.
