What are you trying to use them in? Rating wise the should work....assuming that they are genuine and NTE relabled genuine parts. From A web search the following Genreic replacments should also work assuming authenric componets. 2SA1302--> 2SA1943 (Toshiba 230v 15A) ---> MJL1302A (ON semiconductor aka motorola 200v 15A) 2SC3281--> 2SC5200 ( Tosh 230v 15A) ---> MJL3281A (ON/motorola 200v 15A) the only thing that worrys me is that I've seen off brand replacements for the 1943 and the 5200 at dalbani. The 1302/3281 suposidly have been out of production since 2000. The MJL's are just hard to find unless you buy 25 at a time. I know there has been problems with tritronics and there TT line AKA SK series but I not sure I heard anything negative for the NTE series. I ask this because I have some NTE's in stock and need to replace a 2SA1302 and 2SC3281.
