Theres nothing illegal about it. There are lots of things that you cannot service because you are denied documentation and parts for a variety of reasons. InFocus studied the various alternatives for service and decided that the best one for them was to set up UPS SCS for the service. It may not be the best deal for their customers. You can just advise your customers what they are getting into if they buy an InFocus product. You can also give your shipping business to FedX or the USPS so you are not giving profit to your competitors.
