Thanks John but I don't have a microfiche reader here. If anyone has one
of these manuals in PDF form I'd appreciate it. I don't really want to
spend much time on this unit, the repairs lately have been real dogs.

Similar models would be RCA 13TVR03-19TVR01-19TVR01HCX or Samsung
CXC1313-CXC1912HC. I only have the manual on microfiche which I would
be
happy to send you if you have the time to wait. I have duplicates so
there
is no need to return it. I looked at the PS block diageram and see
nothing
that is common to all the different problems. I was unable to download
the
customers instruction manual (too old) to verify my "no parental lock"
statement, it IS odd that it blinks 10 times. Let me know if you need
the
microfiche. John.
