Almost FIXED...Q102 was replaced and now HV and secondary FBT voltage
are present. Heater lights up in tube but NO video. Front panel LED
still blinks 10 times yet HV, FBT secondary voltages; CRT tube voltage,
etc. are present. I can turn the unit OFF and ON but no video, no sound.
What causes panel LED to blink 10 times?
