[TechAssist] GE TV/VCR Combo 19TVR01 - KS-2 - Front LED Blinks Ten Times

Hello Gentlemen,
This unit was dead after a storm. SMPS fires up on plug in. I also hear
a relay click on plug-in. +B is 125V. Jungle IC LA7625 has +B 12VDC and
its oscillator is running. When I hit the "ON" button the front panel
LED blinks ten times. No horizontal drive from LA7625 pin 19. Anyone
seen this before?
