[TechAssist] Computer Question

Hello Techs,
My mother is on AOL and in the last few days. Her
icons have been jumping around. Someone told her AOL
had a virus that caused this. When she goes to click
on an icon it will go jump to another place on the
screen. Has anyone heard of this? Any help would be
appreciated.
