[TCUG] Re: Vibrating tactile plates

They may be thinking about the plates for ZEBRA crossings.
Surely, there is no option for tactiles at signal controlled crossings
other than the rotating cones?

I've just been asked to look into providing these as my client doesn't like
the idea of cones. I have a vague memory that in the early days of Puffin
crossing these were trailed but I haven't heard of their use since.

Can anyone shed any light on current providers please ?
