ok, does this sound right
 
i have a 165 main jet in the primary and a 160 in the secondary..is that how 
it's supposed to be or should it be the other way around.

Don't discount Will' suggestion regarding the float adjustment. A silly little 
millimeter (anyone remember that jingle?) can make a difference in richness.>
