Hi Carol.

I bought a phone from play.com, the phone's they sell though imported have the original Nokia firmware on them, are fully upgradable using the Nokia Software Update program and are backed by Nokia's guarantee.

All the best, Ibrahim.

Hi.

I've just checked prices and today Expansys is higher, but both Play and Amazon are selling for £299.99, with some odd pennies certainly on the Amazon model.

I noticed that Expansys made reference to "Sim Free phones normally being 5 days". Does that mean it's definitely sim free from there?

PLAY say theirs is sim free and unlocked. I remember someone saying that their phones are often imported and therefore won't be unbranded. At least, I think that's what was said. Can anyone clarify that, please?

Amazon just says "Sim free".

I really don't want to get stung this time and find I have a branded or locked phone and don't want a sim, so any advice on ensuring I get what I want and what some of the (small print) means would be most welcome.

Thanks!

Also amazon have it for same price as play. Be careful
with play as if the item is expensive you could pay
customs duty because they are overseas

Hi.

Try play.com which offer free delivery or expansis if you
need it next day. Those are the two websites I mainly
use for mobiles and accessories.

All the best, Ibrahim.

So, anyone know the best place for getting the N86
unbranded and not tied to any network, please?
