From an earlier time when the eugenic practices of Margaret Sanger and her
Planned Parenthood were just getting off the ground, but before the social
programs of the Democrats which put blacks and others in the Socialist
Ghetto of Slavery, lived freemen.

Here is one such free man, one who was one of us, a radio officer, a
engineer of a broadcast station, and retired from the US Army after
directing one of their R&D labs in Army's Electronic Warfare Labratory.

His signals were picked up in France during the 1922 Trans-Atlantic tests.

Bill was good friends of many who recognized him for who he was.
