I can't see how another app would be interfering, especially not after all the keystrokes we've tried. There is one last test you could do, which is to run the plug-in from the menu itself. 1. Choose Plug-ins > Access > Access 2. Now read the ini file. If the ini file hasn't changed then the plug-in didn't run even after being called from the menu itself.
