Ugur,

We've identified that there is a problem with the CAPS LOCK key. You will
probably find that pressing CAPS LOCK + T does not say the title of the
current window. In fact, if you have a score open, pressing this keystroke
will bring up Sibelius' Time Signature dialog.

We're looking into this but we need a few pieces of information from you to
help us pin it down. Please answer all of the questions which follow.

1. What version of JAWS are you using with Sibelius Access? Please be as
specific as possible, e.g.: 9.0.2619
2. Do you have any versions of JAWS installed which have higher version
numbers than the one which you are using with Sibelius Access?
3. Does your CAPS LOCK key work properly in other applications?
4. Were you using the laptop keyboard layout with other applications before
you installed Sibelius Access Release Candidate 1?
5. Did your CAPS LOCK key work properly before you installed Sibelius
Access?

Many thanks,

Dan Rugman

Thanks for giving step by step instruction to turn off the rotation.

But still there is an existing problem which I have noticed just now.

When I opened examples scores that have more than one staff, I saw that it
is not possible for me to change the staff using ctrl+alt+up and down arrow.

Another issue is that I still can't use my caps key on laptop, for example
when I press caps+up arrow in the quick start dialogue, it doesn't read the
current item, instead it goes to the item just above the current one. This
shows sibelius is not perceiving my caps key having a useful function to say
lines.

Actually this makes me think that although every adjustment is made to
ensure layout is selected as laptop, still sibelius perceives my layout as
desktop.

I hope I will be able to use sibelius on my laptop as problem-free as on my
desktop. Please help me out solving this problem...

Ugur
