Hello Dan, I found this checkbox also. In my setup this checkbox only affects: Action Hot Keys Enable Notebook <CTRL><ALT>F3 Enable/Disable Panel Fitting <CTRL><ALT>F11 Open Graphics Property Application <CTRL><ALT>F12 These are the only hotkeys that are linked to the Hot Key checkbox. I unchecked it whilst I was there, as I don't use any of them. However the rotation checkbox is on another page called "Display Settings" page. This page (the one with rotations on it) is a two-column page and so is tricky to read. It contains both information on resolution and color depth, as well as the rotation enable and the 0, 90, 180, and 270 degree choices. The box may be called "enable hot keys" in which case you should try unchecking the box and then using Sibelius. I just talked to Sibelius tech support and there is a help centre article about this. Unfortunately, the solution is written out for sighted users and there are some screen shots, but if you have a sighted assistant they may be able to make sense out of this. I've pasted the link below but it's quite a long one. If it doesn't work, do the following: 1. In Sibelius, open the help menu and choose "help centre". 2. When the web page opens, find the form field called "my question is" and type in the code A588. http://www.sibelius.com/cgi-bin/helpcenter/search.pl?program=1&version=Any&p latform=1&words=a588&topicid=0&com=search&days=0&language=1&highlight=1&type =natural Hope this helps, Dan Rugman visit the new on-line resource for visually impaired musicians and home of Sibelius Access. www.musicaccess.co.uk -----Original Message----- From: sib-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:sib-access-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ugur Yuvarlak Sent: 09 April 2009 11:03 To: sib-access@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [sib-access] Re: laptop disfunction Dan, This check box seemed already checkeed but for convinience I unchecked and rechecked it.
