Hello, guess ADS is a possible tool. As far I remember Agilent updated the modelling of surface roughness in ADS2011 I did a short search on the Agilent website regarding surface roughness: http://www.home.agilent.com/agilent/facet.jspx?cc=DE&lc=ger&k=surface+roughness&sm=g There have been some hits on papers to this topic ..
