Before lean times the list policy prohibited job postings. Policy was to place help wanted postings on the web page. When things got tight after the telecom collapse, the policy was relaxed to the one we have now that allows for first party wanted / available postings. Personally, I am OK with the current policy. If it turns into a daily barrage of multiple postings, then a return to the old policy will make sense. I don't think we are there yet. Best Regards, Steve.
