I'm very new to the list but since there are already 18 postings on this
subject so my contribution is only 5% noise...
1) > a parallel, opt-in mailing list specifically for professional
opportunities
This is the practical way to kill job posting since the lack of traffic will
render it useless.
2) > How about just adding a mandatory "[job]" tag to the subject of job
postings
This is a good idea. '[JOB] country:region' would be even better.
3) Google 'policy site:www.freelists.org/archive/si-list' and
'policy site:si-list.net' found nothing.
Perhaps there should be a monthly posting of [POLICY]?
