Dear Hassan:

There are a lot of paper which is about power integrity. However, it is 
difficult to get some design guide line for the product PCB is very complex. 
There are some points to recommend:
    1. Using thin dielectric
    2. Using some caps of small capacitance and large ESR
    3. When there is mixed-signal, the return path of VRM and digital signal 
should be cared.
