Hassan,
I have a fairly up-to-date bibliography on bypassing, decoupling, and
power distribution on our company web site at
     http://www.dbicorporation.com/pwr-bib.htm

My new book(s), Robust Electronic Design Reference Book, Volumes 1 and
2, (   http://www.wkap.nl/prod/b/1-4020-7739-4   ) should be in print
fairly soon now. Kluwer Academic Publishers and I made the final tweaks
to the camera-ready manuscript on December 16th. The following sections
of the book(s) address aspects of bypassing, decoupling, and power
distribution in great detail:
*  Chapter 8:  Capacitors.
* Chapter 27: Grounds and Returns.
* Chapter 28: Bypassing, Decoupling, and Power Distribution.
* Chapter 31: Designing Printed Circuit Boards.
*  Chapter 42:  Lab Tests.
* Appendix D: Important Properties of Insulators and Semiconductors.
* Appendix G: Important Properties of Printed Circuit Boards, Hybrid
                Modules, Flat Cables, and Busbars.
