ART.

I am trying to imagine how to make a "Tunable Via" would look like. I think it 
would have  center post with a variable metal structure that opens and closes 
around the center post like a shutter on a lens. I think the shutter approach 
might work.  What do you make of that? A center post with a surrounding shutter 
that works like an Iris opening in a camera lensing system.  Have to give more 
thought to that perhaps.
