Nicely put, Holly, -- but I've involved myself in the thread on the National
Photog -- and now you make me feel odd.
However, there's been no wordings at all of any bashing whatsoever and that
is something we must all ENJOY. Those
who know certain ones have voiced their appreciation of those folks. Not to
worry. (Oh, your last sentence in your
post below is SUPERB. I commend you on it --- TNX for you input that I,
for one, feel it's a lot better to speak up &
maybe be wrong than just lurking --- but thatsa me and everyone knows I am

I find it kind of embarrassing the way everyone is voting for this or that
photographer as the best even though they are on the list and can read
everything.. I thought a vote was done in private and not in a way to hurt
someone elses feelings. Everyone has their opinions of who they like the
best but I dont think that should be so public on here as to show favourtism
among our list members. Could probably be done in private to avoid hurt
feelings.. Just my opinion but I may be wrong.
Not that there is anything wrong with being wrong lol
