I agree about the monies- I am looking at attending some shows (3 day) in
the next few months and I have a novice ($100) & two puppies ($35 + $35) Plus
expenses (which are more than reasonable) plus my expenses, that is $510
plus , handler expenses $35 a day plus my hotel & food $70- Plus gas another
$100 plus O yes entey fees----, As you can see this is a VERY REASONABLE show.
BUT it still ends up over a $1,0000 for the week end for fun and experience
for the dogs. Ball park, that is $615 for the handler and 400+ for me and the
dogs....... I'll probably just end up taking the puppies if I go at all/
Bottom line is YES money is a factor for a lot of us.
