This was discussed in detail during the conference call last night. The
issue was the 90 day deadline came on a Sat. The meeting notice was sent
out on Monday two days later. Next year if the 90 day deadline is on a
weekend the date should be set ahead a few days.The printer in Texas
received the paper work on July 11, 2007. So next year whoever is the
contracted printer that person shall be directed to NOT wait until the last
minute.Or as I said earlier, the deadline date will be moved well up to
account for this.
My error but the annual meeting is not going to be canceled.
