Most, I think, just feel that they work hard to get puppies and dogs ready for
their once in the dog's lifetime Futurity or Maturity and book flights and
handlers (sometimes across the country) and if there is a judge change, they
just feel that the rule could and should be changed to have a clause that
allows them to switch their entry to another region.?? I agree - no refunds
though...
